We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from TWB Watches, it’s your responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into your destination country. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees (Import Fees) charged by your local customs authority. These fees vary based on the regulations of your country and are influenced by factors such as: Product type and value Shipping costs and package weight Customs clearance procedures Import taxes and duties Some countries have a minimum value threshold below which no import fees are charged. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details. To make the process easier, eligible orders will include an estimated Import Fees Deposit at checkout. Import Regulations The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Customs delays may affect delivery times. Note: Some customs offices may require identification, such as a passport or tax ID, before releasing a shipment. Please check your country’s customs regulations for more information.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
  • Certain items may have limited shipping options.
  • For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 5 PM EST.
  • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses may require additional processing time after reaching the military post office.
  • We do not ship to countries or regions considered active war zones or those under international sanctions, including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Russia, Belarus, and specific areas in conflict zones such as Yemen and Ukraine.
